6-Week Double Under Fix — Terms & Refund Policy

What You're Buying

The 6-Week Double Under Fix ("DU Fix") is a digital training program delivered online. There is no physical product shipped. Upon purchase, you get immediate access to the program materials, videos, and any add-ons you selected at checkout (Spring Loaded, DU Progression Tracker, etc.).

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the DU Fix. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.

To qualify:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Email contact@ivnmfitness.com with your order confirmation and the reason for your request

How it works:

• Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Refunds apply to the base DU Fix purchase. Order bumps, upsells, and any recurring subscriptions (e.g. WOD BOD Method membership) are handled separately — see below

After 7 days: we're unable to offer refunds, since program access and materials have been fully delivered.

Order Bumps & Upsells

If you added Spring Loaded, the DU Progression Tracker, the DU Diagnostic, or upgraded to WOD BOD Method membership at checkout, those are billed and refunded independently of the base DU Fix guarantee above. Recurring subscriptions (like WOD BOD Method annual/monthly) can be canceled at any time — reach out to contact@ivnmfitness.com to cancel.

Fitness Disclaimer

CrossFit and double under training carry inherent physical risk. By purchasing and participating in the DU Fix, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in the exercises described
• You will consult a physician before beginning this or any new exercise program if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, or concern
• WOD BOD Method, IVNM Fitness LLC, and its founder are not liable for any injury sustained while following this program
• Results are individual and not guaranteed — testimonials and results shown reflect individual experiences and may not be typical

Access & Usage

• This program is for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the program materials is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these terms.
